How to change a Payment Method on a plan

This document explains the process of changing payment methods on an active plan.

This document assumes you have already added the new payment method to the system. If you need to add a new payment method, see How do I add a new payment method?


How-to

To begin, you will need to sign in to Payble using the same authentication method as was used for creating your plan. 

If you are not seeing a listing of active and past plans, please tap your Council logo at the top of the page.




Next, tap View details on the plan you want to edit the payment method on. 



Next, click Options and then Change Payment Method. 



Now you can select a different method. Make a selection and then click Change Payment Method.



If you need to add an entirely new payment method, click the Options button, and then Add Payment Method



You can now choose between adding a new Credit/Debit Card or Bank account. Once the payment method has been added you will be able to select it to be used for the plan.
