How do I link a new property, or pay a different account type?

This document explains how it is possible to have multiple properties within the Council area linked to your account and on different Payble plans. Your Council may also offer Payble as a payment option for other services, such as infringements or water billing.

Mentionable items

If you are a ratepayer who has properties in multiple Councils, you will not be able to see properties from Council's that you are not signed in to without signing in to their specific Payble environment. The easiest way of doing this is through their website.

How-to

Option 1 - Scanning QR code, or navigating from Council's website

The simplest method to link a new property or different account is to scan the QR code on your notice. Scanning the QR code will take you straight to where you need to be, whether this is creating a new plan or making a one-off payment.

Alternatively, visit the Payble link directly from your Council's webpage. You will be redirected to the Payble application and prompted to sign in using either a mobile number, or email if enabled:

After you authenticate, you will be prompted to search for your account, the reference will vary depending on the type of account you are searching for, but typically you will find this on your notice.

You will need to enter the number and click 'Lookup Account'

Option 2 - Linking a new property after signing in

Alternatively, if you already have an account linked to your account from the view below, you are able to click the Options button in the top right corner after signing in to Payble.

Next, click View account or property or the New payment button from the dashboard.

You will be prompted to select your account type, and then search.
