How do I change the frequency on my plan?
It's not possible within Payble to change the frequency of a plan.
To do this, you would need to cancel your plan, and create a new plan. If you don't have the QR code available for scanning, you can use the steps outlined here to link your property and create a plan using your desired frequency.
Alternatively, there will be a link to Payble from your Council's website.
