How do I receive notification when my infringement is available?
This article explains how you can register for notification when an infringement is available for payment.
It's important to note that not all Councils offer Payble as a payment option for infringements. It is best to ask your Council or check their website to see if Payble is provided.
Before you get started
- Infringements are typically available for payment within 24 hours of being issued. This is to allow for daily updating of systems.
- There may be occasions where this timeframe is longer due to holidays, workloads or weekends.
How-to
You will need to sign in to Payble either by scanning a QR code on a provided notice, or navigating from your Council's website.
You will need to authenticate and enter the one-time-password provided.
After signing in, you will need to specify the type of payment you want to make. The type of infringement will be clearly listed on the notice.
Make a selection and click Next.
Next you will need to enter the infringement number, and then the Lookup infringement button.
If the infringement is available for payment, you will see a summary screen where you're able to make payment.
If the infringement is not available, you will see the below screen.
You can either check back later to see if the infringement is available for payment, or click the Contact me when it's available button to register for notifications.
You will need to enter your preferred contact method, and enter applicable details.
Click the Contact me when it's available button to register.
